Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although lacking a view, were still nice, especially compared to my previous stay in Santa Teresa. However, our tiredness and bad mood by evening affected our unpacking. The service provided by Roberto, the doorman, was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our five-day stay special. The location, though a bit out of the way, was perfect for exploring the Old City. The dining experience was impressive with a variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel's facilities were convenient, although a maintenance person was unavailable at times.
My stay at the Allure Chocolat was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but lacking a safe, though they did have a small fridge. The service was friendly, with some quirks like suggesting a food delivery service instead of room service. The location, while a bit unsettling at night, was convenient with a nearby mall adding some appeal. The dining options were simple, but the self-serve buffet with plenty of fruit and eggs to order was a nice touch. The facilities were adequate for a pleasant stay.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were nice, spacious, secure, and clean, offering a great view of the Castle just across the street. The small fridge and the convenience of having hotel insurance for a doctor added extra comfort during my stay.
The hotel offers nice rooms with all the necessary amenities, secure parking, and a short distance to the town center. The service is incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location, while not the best, still provides a nice view and easy access to popular areas. The dining experience is good, with a variety of local and continental options. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay at a reasonable price.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, near the San Felipe fortress in Cartagena, but the room lacked a view and had a stale smell. The service was outstanding with attentive staff, but the dining options were not diverse enough. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
