My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although lacking a view, were still nice, especially compared to my previous stay in Santa Teresa. However, our tiredness and bad mood by evening affected our unpacking. The service provided by Roberto, the doorman, was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our five-day stay special. The location, though a bit out of the way, was perfect for exploring the Old City. The dining experience was impressive with a variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel's facilities were convenient, although a maintenance person was unavailable at times.
